These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Edo's Adventure ("the App"), developed and published by EssebiWeb ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your own device for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the App.
The App is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising (Google AdMob). Ads are configured as non-personalized and limited to a family-friendly ("G") rating, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law; (b) tamper with, cheat, or interfere with the App's normal operation, ads, or other users; (c) use the App for any unlawful purpose.
The App, including its code, characters, artwork, music, and design, is owned by EssebiWeb and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The App is suitable for children. We recommend that a parent or guardian supervises children's use of devices and apps, including in-app advertising. See our Privacy Policy for how children's privacy is handled.
The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. Your use of those services is also subject to Google's terms and policies: https://policies.google.com/terms. We are not responsible for third-party content shown in ads.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EssebiWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms; changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Catania, Italy, where permitted by applicable law.
